After finding Tripp's email I then sent it to him directly as well and again nothing.
I plan on asking about it again on the next conference call. Part of me wonders if they will even take my question though knowing that.
I dont know why others dont call in with questions. Our votes alone will do nothing when it comes to directors but if we can show people frankly the bs then maybe together our next vote will count or the next one after that. In reality though I figure once he gets the 25% vote passed through then he can float enough shares to someone that will ensure Tripp stays right where he is for a long long time. What it looks like is ensuring that the voting power of CARE higher ups that must be livid with the performance of this SP must be countered by Tripp so he can keep his salary and thats what he is worried about.
