Sirona Biochem Corp. is a cosmetic ingredient and drug discovery company with a proprietary technology platform developed at its laboratory facility in France with a specialization in the stabilization of carbohydrate molecules. It is focused on three current antiviral categories: Neuraminidase Inhibitors, Nucleoside Analogs and Iminosugars. Its wholly owned subsidiary is TFChem S.A.R.L.

And by the way...

The fact that Sirona could terminate the agreement without a lawsuit speaks to a stronger position than we have realized and also explains why R+F was able to get their hands on the compound rather cheap. The deal was indeed to gain street cred.
