RE:RE:New Press Release - Baru Gold Receives Official Government Letter Affirming Production Operation Status with Formal Request for Police AssistanceIf this doesn't put an end to the lies and the nonsense, nothing will.   One of the embedded criminal bashers at That Other Place is still trying to cite legal nonsense from out-dated laws and other forms of prevarication and obfuscation.

The Supreme Court of Indonesia and now the MEMR have spoken clearly, concisely, and unanimously that Baru has every legal right to mine gold, and can proceed to do so. 

Now get over it, bashers!  You've LOST! With finality!
