RE:Positive Net Income .01 Per Share

RE:Positive Net Income .01 Per ShareNet loss decreased for the three months ended March 31, 2023, by $4,043,349 compared to the three months ended December 31, 2022, from a new loss of $1,771.950 to a net income of $2,271,399. The change is primarily due to an impairment charge of $3,101,343 recognized in Q4 of 2022 on the disposal of the Bulgaria license and to an increase in revenues during the quarter due to production increase at the SASB gas fields.
