RE:RE:RE:RE:Turning to Goblet TIGIT is an immune inhibitory receptor and plays a key role in the suppression of T-cell proliferation and activation. It is also involved in tumor cell evasion, and inhibits an antiviral immune response.

Adding pelareorep to an anti-TIGIT like tiragolumab (Roche/Genentech) might be worth investigating.
