Just voted our 20,230 shares. Did a slightly different approach than some. Of course I voted against Banky and the compensation package. I then voted against any director that has less skin in the game than me and my wife. That meant NO for all except Goldberg (40,500 shares) and Huskilson (104,145 shares).

It would have been nice to know who (if anyone) opposed the KPC deal. Does anyone actually know this info?

One other interesitng tidbit is that the Strotegic Rewview committee consists of Huskilson (as chair) and Golberg and Chande (0 shares). Sort of nice to have 2 of 3 with bigger share holdings.
