2023 Management Information Circular Now on SEDAR

2023 Management Information Circular Now on SEDAR

For those here who have complained about GSP exec salaries in the past, note that in 2022 they took reduced salaries (Ferguson from $435k to $300K, Theoret from $279k to $200k, Morsky from $279k to $200k) and received no other compensation/options.  Also note that no fees or compensation was taken whatsoever by any board member.  These guys have all tightened their belts while pushing the company forward and even putting much of their own capital (private placements, interest-free loan, open market equity purchases) into the company itself.  These guys are doing everything they can to get GSP over the hurdle while staying very investment friendly.
