The investment properties of the Company are separated into three operating segments: Fort McMurray Properties, Other Investment Properties, and Held for Sale and/or Sold Properties. Fort McMurray Properties includes eight properties. Other Investment Properties include two properties. Held for Sale and/or Sold Properties includes sold properties: five properties. RE:Did management not learn from last AGM?Yep, this management is a complete joke Bob. They didn't even publish all of the voting results last time, and refused to change board composition in spite of the unitholders rejecting their nominations.

Also there is nothing in the circular about where the company is headed next, or if they are just going to continue to asset-strip it, sell off assets which they use the proceeds from to pay off their non-arms length debts, and leave nothing for unitholders.

I will reject all proposals, and encourage all others to do the same, though I don't know that it will do anything...
