We don't know any details at all of the R(ipoff) + F(raud) contract, (or any contract), or what clauses it has for dissolution. We don't know who paid how much to get out of its terms or even if R + F agrees to future benefits. So no conclusions can be reached. Street Cred? How about investor Cred. The two need to be connected..
