Balabag continues to churn out the gold and there's still more to explore and extend, by all accounts
Siana is "almost there" with preliminary indications it will deliver, nicely 
They re-cook the books for Mabilo, clearly with the intent of moving it to production with expediency  
So the question is :   What would all this be worth to an acquirer?  Especially one eager to "add ounces" to their existing P&P. 

This makes Cliff's talk at the Philippine mining get-together all the more intriguing.
