When is it time

When is it time

for a CEO to leave?

Most CEO' s exit or are replaced after 5 years
- IS Dec 27, 2018 (time's a ticking)

Why?
Ideas are flat
no interest
other interests
retirmenent age (63 years of age)
poor SP performance
poor communication skills
poor performance
burnt out
disgruntled share holders
etc...etc...etc...

Irwin Simon you fill all these and more and your days are numbered! You have done your job and got paid handsomely for it.

Just a few week's ago I was on top of the fence, balancing like tightrope walker. I have now seen the light, I have seen your narcissistic ways, the greed, the smug face when you speak, activities outside TLRY. Reminds of a PM in Canada.

It's time for new blood, new ideas and new confidence for the shareholders, new communication skills. It's time for a CEO to take this to the next level. It's all there waiting for that person, if you have done your DD you know what I'm saying.

Don't let the door hit you on the way out! Or do, I don't really care.

Cheers,
V
