i think if he takes it private e will hav problems rasing cash in the ion elon banking structures..   not prest here is tesla..  ion buddy ownd s 50 banks and investment companies..  i think it will B canacord w federal dollars similar to the LAC mine @ thackerpass..  the secondary markets/options will want a chunk of this area...

i am curious to see who buys the anaconda across the street...  LAC @ thacker will need goobs of sulfur to run the cathodic mill tht is slated to go in w the open pit at the national coal construction..  anaconda is sitting on milers and miles of slag sulfur.  the loca waste piles are yellow..  RIO is in there w some pilot studies..  they may come in and remine the trace copper and sell sulfur for N Nevada... --> these scenarios hav been alluded too a couple years bak..  rik teck (has the mill - produices cahodic/battery grade lithium..  dwown to winemucca and off to texas..  apparently the mill is exohermik and produces steam N a closed loop -2- the tune of 1200 degrees celsius / no external fuel required...  and yes thats 1200 deg celsius in a welded stainless mill..  the final waste is sodium ypochloride/bleach and sold aftermarket/pure..  national coal has 24 months to ship lithium once the OP is started...

these are publicly traded companies that are nibbling @ the edeges of eastern nevada..  they want transparency and may not got for a russian roulett / private webley w 7 on the table..
