The Company holds a 100% interest in 21 mineral claims in the city of Val-d’Or in Quebec covering 457.53 hectares. The Company holds a 90% interest in two mining leases north of the town of Skead within the city of Greater Sudbury in Ontario. The two mining leases cover an area of approximately 129.99 hectares.

Me defending everything so rediculous?

Lets see you've defended 4 different management teams
90% share value drop over the last 3 years
tripling of shareholder dilution over the last 3 years
closing down all the deposits
All while pushing a merger......which has never happened.

I can post a dozen others if you want me too.

Oh and by the way....where is that financing MAP said would occur in early Q2? Tomorrow we enter late Q2 and still no financing....and now they are filling wheelbarrows in the mill and panning it trying to find some revenue. It getting dire.
