Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. No clarity on what their timeline for submission is, other than being happy about their interim assessment. And no clarity on funding. When will they learn. I am more convinced than ever that BTD won't happen till Q3. Expecting another round of dilution with 10 million shares + 10 million warrants. It'll take them a month minimum to fill it, unless they tell more to private investors..
