RE:2023 Management Information Circular Now on SEDARbtb, you are flattering your compensation comparisons for Gensouse execs for 2021  "(Ferguson from $435k to $300K, Theoret from $279k to $200k, Morsky from $279k to $200k"

According to the Gensource MIC reported 2 days ago, compensation details including salaries and bonuses in 2021 were: 

Mr. Ferguson from      $659,557 in 2021 to $300k in 2022 with no option based awards

Mr. Anderson from      $702,833 in 2021 to $250k in 2022  with no option based awards

Mr. Theoret from         $428,869 in 2021 to $200k in 2022  with no option based awards

Ms. Morsky from         $428,869 in 2021 to $200k in 2022  with no option based awards


As mentioned earlier, it is great to see prudent fiscal management of salaries in 2022 heading into this important stage for Gensource, as compensation based on results / performance are far more shareholder friendly in the long run.
