ISCID ruling - with what enforcement

ISCID ruling - with what enforcementWhat comes out of Colombia and local miners is irrelevant..... It has been going on for more than a decade - paramo delineation, Minesa, artesanal miners, leftist governments, rightist governments, blah, blah....  NOTHING changes except time... delay, delay, delay.

ISCID ruling is all that matters to recover some shareholder value.  EOM should be pressing the legal route to get Colomiba to payout.  What relevance is the ISCID ruling if simply ignored and pushed aside by the governments?   EOM should have only one objective here - pressue Colombia to pay.
