Lack of Integrity

Lack of Integrity If the the CEO and BofD had any integrity given the terrible performance and lack of investor confidence in the company that resulted they would  ---- RESIGN    --- but no --just easier  to keep taking the money --where are the activist shareholders?

Baygall will keep  making excuses for them
