I now vow to correct his misinformation daily.

Lets start with today....

Purpose # 6 "To transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournment thereof", is a standard note for all notices by all companies.  Check BTR's Notice for 2019, 2021 and 2022 (No meeting in 2020).  All of them have the same note and it meant nothing.  Just like everyother Company puts it in every year {It is a legal formality}.  Yet sidebet tries to imply this year it means something???

It absolutely does not.  Stop grasping for straws and trying to flecce new investors.  You bought a bad investment, no need to drag others down with you.  If you stop misleading, I will not need to correct.
