RE:AcumenAppreciate the update! Certainly looking forward to achieving this price target (and higher) as admittedly I am deep in the red on this stock.

For the point of, why don't they just hire people instead of looking for acquisitions, I'm no expert, but I think a huge obstacle to just hiring people is simply that there is no one to hire. In their MD&A, they mention a few times

"...over the past few quarters, the Corporation experienced some difficulty throughout its agencies in
recruiting new healthcare professionals due to the current labor shortage"

"...also the increasing number of agencies in Quebec who cannibalizes our staff..."

"Demand remains strong as we are booking only a fraction of the calls we get. Reducing the number of agencies in Quebec, would certainly help us recruit and build back the volumes."

An acquisition automatically gives you personnel which you may not have been able to hire organically. But do they have the capacity to add more debt at the moment for another acquisition?
