Voyageur Industrial Minerals Ltd?

Voyageur Industrial Minerals Ltd?Where did Voyageur Industrial Minerals come from?

PR 11 Dec 2019 Name change  to Voyaguer Pharmaceuticals from Voyageur Minerals

PR 8 Nov 2018 Voyageur Minerals JV with CMS to manufacture Barium Pharmaseuticals with CMS where they will supply CMS with 2000 metric tons annually, then followed up with a PR 9 Jan 2019 stating Voyageur has created a subsidiary ImagingX Pharma.

Since Voyageur Industrial minerals is not listed as a public company, is it safe to surmize it is a private subsidiary?  Subsidiary companies spawned from public companies may contain zero public ownership of it's shares or assets. Let that sink in fellow shareholders.

Which Voyageur entity owns the mineralized properties?
