RE:The dichotomyI won't argue with your opinion because it is just that, an opinion. Saying that, i work in an industry that uses proprietory software for our CRM and as part of the contract with this company they are required to have all the codes for their programs held with a law firm in the case of bankrupcy, corruption, criminal activity etc. This gives clients a measure of protection in event that the company can not service their agreements. I am certain that this is the case with Reliq so don't put too much weight on someone else's due dlligence, their motives might not be aligned with yours. 

I will be looking for a statement early July that they have collected what they say they will collect. Cash flow is more important than EBITDA in a growing company.
