I believe you are correct whitenorth72. VM wants medical people to understand that it is a serious Pharma company and when they call them that it will be a Pharma that they are talking to. This is not uncommon(think GE) It is right there on VMs website how the set up is, VIM owns the mineral properties and VM owns 100% of VIM. (This is just my thinking but do not be surprised if in the future there is a different boss and all for VIM that reports to VM or maybe even a new Pharma boss)
