As if HPQ would have any issue w $20-25M once they prove Gen 3 QRR 3-4N as they already making massive strides. Numerous options such as Quebec gov't or any other partner w deep pockets, equity raise would be easy. Bernard stated numerous times industry giant could try to buyout the tech.
