RE:RE:RE:Only one thing matters nowIndeed you are right. Steady organic sales growth - at an affordable cost of acquisition - with a high mix of recurring/reoccuring revenue and low attrition rate is key. The way I read the results - in line with my expectations of a predictable cautious growth and very much so aligned to the strategy already communicated by Karen and John. It is always a good sign - and I am speaking only for myself - when I see practical execution of a previously communicated strategy.
Operating Model - which involves business capabilities in people, process, technology and data - is being aligned to enable business strategy to deliver internal efficiencies. Unifying technology platforms will alleviate inefficiencies and build an integrated organization. While sales brings in top line revenue, operating model will optimize costs to move CloudMD steadily towards profitability. Once profitable, I believe - based on educated guess - that it will be acquired. There will be consolidation in Canadian healthcare landscape and CloudMD focus and success in mental health space is lucrative.
