Does this explain Cheryl’s departure?

Does this explain Cheryl’s departure?

Cheryl's exodus never made sense to me and always bothered me.  Her halo made a good first impression on me.  As I sit in car I'm pondering and came across this

"In addition, the Company advises that Stephen McCann, the Company's long-time former Chief Financial Officer, has rejoined the Company as interim CFO. Cheryl Kong has resigned as CFO and a director of the Company. The Company thanks Ms. Kong for her contributions to the Company"

this was in august and attached to the bottoms of our last pr in regard to nivaura.  Where we claim to purchase a code from nivaura to give us rights to do things we never did.   Three months later they write is down to zero.

did she quit over ethics surrounding nivaura?   Or fired because she refused to do something fraudulent ?   I don't know but I want to talk her.   She should be subpoenaed to testify.   They made two investments in nivaura.  One even last year claiming tenfold investment.

I actually told my point of contact that they were marking the investment up in their books.  Made multiple investments.  Those are filed and they can't erase the evidence.   I showed him the pr of nowcm where they actually buy all assets of nivaura.  The company was never dissolved and I gave them the excerpt they marked us down to zero and claim it was dissolved.

he said my pending case is making glacial progress and that he would get back to me on this.   He hasn't yet.   This stinks to high heaven.   And the to add insult to injustice the founder or nivaura that just got lots of shares in our company after we marked our investment down to zero in an investment where he got paid.  In a sale of his company. And we got zero.

im so mad I can't see straight.  That is no governance.   Martin Graham has really let me down.  I thought he was solid.   I can't believe him wrong.  We really need to find Cheryl and talk to her.
