It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

RE:RE:Benchmark metals report…As of today, we know there is no shortage of dry regions, Arizona is now holding back on new land development ....no water to support....it's definitely a serious problem though out the south and west in NA and by all amounts only getting worse.( the world over)
