Power Metals Corp. is a Canada-based diversified mining company. The principal business of the Company is the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of resource properties. Its exploration project includes Case Lake property. Case Lake Property is located in Steele and Case townships, 80 km east of Cochrane, NE Ontario, close to the Ontario-Quebec border. The Case Lake pegmatite swarm consists of six spodumene dykes: North, Main, South, East and Northeast Dykes on the Henry Dome and the West Joe Dyke on a new tonalite dome. The Case Lake Property is 10 km x 9.5 km in size and consists of 475 cell claims. The Case Lake pegmatite swarm occurs along a sub provincial boundary between the metasedimentary Opatica Sub province to the north and greenstone Abitibi Sub province to the south. The Company has staked the Pelletier Project consisting of approximately 337 mineral claims that account for total surface area of 7000 hectares in northeast Ontario , approximately 50 km south of Hearst .

Does the project have a bigger player supporting the company to get to development?-Winsome Resources. Does the project have ownership stakes from major players in the space?-Waratah, Winsome Resources. Does the project have a royalty agreement?-Lithium Royalty Corp. Is the project amenable to low capex DMS?- Very Coarse Grained Spodumene. Does the project have low Iron levels to support DMS?-pale green to white spodumene. Does the project have a high grade to support DMS?- 1.56pct Li20 based on 2018 drilling according to Ubika research. Is the project open pit or underground? -Open pit. Is the deposit near surface? mineralization is within 100m of surface and the bulk of mineralization is within 60 meters of surface. Is the company well funded?-10 million in the bank. Does it have a mineralized deposit already? 15k meters in drilling completed. Is there any Aboriginal resistance to mining in the area? No, near Kirkland lake mining district and Timmins. Is the government supportive of lithium extraction? Operates in Ontario, YES. Does the project have the scale and size to support a mid to large sized spodumene operation of 15 years and 175-200k per annum spodumene. NO. The last and major piece is absent right now. Otherwise it is a unicorn type of project with almost zero flaws.
