Caldini's stepping down

Caldini's stepping downcould suggest that we are closer to all of this coming together than we think.

As an insider, he knows that there will only be one CEO.  He probably has a big payday coming because that is the way it seems to be done by this new breed of executives.

Payday and bonuses secured on hiring, no matter what the shareprice is!

That, seriously, needs to be changed back to golden paydays for profitable performance, only.

I'm guessing that STZ could just make an offer for all outstanding shares of WEED and ACRG at a slight premium to the market that would cost them peanuts because that is where the shareprice has been taken to.  Full control of the voting shares would make it real easy to keep it private and then they wouldn't have to report to anybody which I don't like as a public shareholder of traded companies.

Fairplay or foreplay?  I hope that shareholders come first!
