You can, but I think Cogeco and Rogers will soon be raising their prices. Generally, BCE has been the cheapest since the 1990s. If you really are saving $150 a month, I'd try to lock in. I'm surprised there would be such a huge price difference among the ISPs. Maybe you could have talked to Bell and confronted them with "What exactly am I getting for the $150/month more I'm paying you?" Usually they can tell you where their competitors are short changing you and often, if you push them, they will match the competitor price to keep you from leaving. They all know the ISP business very well. Hightly unusual, that one can beat another by $150/month.
