Switching the account over seems to be a problem at this end and I would do just like you suggested.

Cancelling the current account and opening a new account in my name account also has its problems. After digging into the promo details the reduction is 150$ for the first 3 months, then only 80$ per month in the future. I will try again to talk directly to Bell about the pricing dif but now the tiimng seems to be a problem. Regards, TB
