Only about 27% of shareholders may have voted last year given the highest number of shares that voted 'For' or 'Withheld' for any given individual. Under that assumption and result only 13.5% of shareholders plus one may have been needed for a majority to have voted 'Withheld' for an individual. That would mean ~86.3% voted 'For' the individual or didn't vote at all. A majority vote could significantly be due to the campaign against him on this message board and not represent the views of all shareholders had all shareholders voted.
