I love the humidity tax, that is exactly what would happen :-)
But the technology, is actually interesting when you think about it.
Water molecules are slightly polar (at least that is my limited recall from chemistry 35 years ago)
A controlled electron discharge over time fascinates me for some reason. The concept Just has a simple beauty to it. Not quite money for nothing, but close.
