how is this not relevant? I'm long VQS and would prefer they don't do this but a R/S is definitely something they are going to have to consider if the share price doesn't soon start moving up. sept 25,2023 is not that far away...here's hoping the stock will appreciate on its own but it's got a long way to go (bascially 4 times current SP) to reach $1 US.

They said if the consolidation resolution is approved (to do the R/S), it will only be implemented if its in the best interests of the company to do so.
