Under Virginia property, it focuses on exploring two targets in Virginia: high-grade mesothermal gold vein mineralization along strike of the Buckingham Gold Vein and zinc-copper SEDEX-style mineralization in a newly identified base metals/polymetallic belt.

RE:Good QuestionWhy woudl a broker care - anybody care for that matter - if they are SEEN selilng 1:1 shares or 4:1 shares. Your red herring makes no sense. NO SENSE. 

COnspiracy theory's will aboud today; why? becasue this stock price isnt as high as these "smart" people think it "should" be. Hence conspiracy. 

Learn to read a room folks. The market is teling yuor something. Perhaps try to fit yuor narrative's to that.
