He never gave a timeline fiatchild...

that sole analyst rating Spectral as a buy is working for Paradigm... coincidentally where the CEO used to work and they cleared nice fees in the 30+M in financings for Spectral.

He used to have a 1year - $4 target that was never hit 2-3 years ago. Didn't pan out. Maybe this new lower one will, one day.
