RE:RE:MORE BS From AXE and ~ 17.4 Million Share Dilution- the BS is that they PRESENTED an update on the RFXL heating and they GAVE NONE

- furthermore; CEO Geoff Clark, Chair Bohdan Romaniuk and Peter Neweduk SHOULD RESIGN their Acceleware board seats

* CEO Geoff Clark is a valuable and key employee at Acceleware but has a SERIOUS CONFLICT OF INTEREST at the AXE BODs level

- they should recruit some new DYNAMIC board members with solid management, financial and engineering backgrounds

- this company DESERVES MUCH BETTER SUPERVISION and DIRECTION of the senior executives
