But the smart investor goes and looks at the TABLE for ballparking NPV at different spot prices. You are only somewhat right in that you state we will get roughly 40% of some reasonable valuation. So, nope, we are not likely to get $5 copper but it won't likely be at the FS price either given the concensus long term outlook. We won't get $2500 gold but it won't be at FS either...nor will
molly. What we will get is something well north of $1B and definitley short of $3B. Then, if you want to bring up the construction capital cost....cool. That's already baked into the NPV table in the FS.
