Is there any smidgen of a chance that at least those that got beat will know what municipality that is? Or was municipality also kept hidden in the RFP and the award as well?
But, it doesn't matter. KNRs words probably mean very little to most investors that have been torched by their disclosure. Even the unaudited quarterly financials may not hold much weight given how in a matter of a few short months some $28 million of accounts receivable became uncollectible from large construction projects without seeing a slew of bankruptcy announcements in that industry.
I am hoping for one more good pump to get out of here but unfortunately i don't think anyone will bite on them again.
