The Company holds a 90% interest in two mining leases north of the town of Skead within the city of Greater Sudbury in Ontario. The two mining leases cover an area of approximately 129.99 hectares.

Let just say for grins your JV merger or any type of merger doens't come to fruition. Can you tell me your thoughts on how this company is going to get some financing to continue operations. You do know they are just about out of operating funds.
