2022 New Board and financing

2022 New Board and financing
So, it looks like it all goes back to the refinancing in 2022, 47MM shares generated at less than $.48 per. Are the' investors' selling  for a one or two cent gain? That's a brutal overhang on the company. Ninepoint should come in and pick up some more at their buy in price. They do own 7% of the company at last release, less than 1% of the fund and 47MM shares. Co-incidence that the overhang is equal to what they own?
