RE:I Know He Is Hard To GET But They Should TRYDo you really believe a person who is financially independent will do something for nothing? I am not saying there are not those who would but they are far and few in between. People become wealthy for a reason and while many do like to be charitable and do give i dont think many will sit and serve on publicly traded companies for nothing but who knows maybe i have your guy all wrong. If i was independently wealthy i would for some but not alll because lets say i desire to engage in philanthropic work without making money it would be hard to sustain it unless that work is solely giving my tike and labor but nothing of monetary backing. My problem is that there are many areas of interest i would love to guve to but i am not qualified in them which means for my personal satusfaction i would look to distribute monies to help change lives and be happy to. Nevertheless if i were business saavy loved to mostly sit on boards yes it is possible for pwoppe just to engage in this but many times i would think people who do philanthropy use both labor and money so it will come to picking and chosing. I am a sheer gambler and speculator my goal is to take up to half of what is made and use for philanthropic purposes but to keep things going outside of whatever labor i can give i would need to replenish monies. Bottom line who you are talking about is farcand few between and even so they will at points look to be compensated either to sustain their wealth or to use philanthropically. Who knows though who will do what and why?
