RE:RE:RE:RE:They told you what they were going to do...unclepieman, I recall you asking me over the years to confirm your sunny view of everything. I refused to give it to you. Like too many, you saw in my posts only the words that confirmed your biased views of success. You ignored the concerns I was expressing about mangement's actions, decisions, and omissions.

Yes, I believed then and still do believe that if xB3 works as hoped, then it is worth a lot of money. When Bioasis downgraded its promotion of xB3, beginning in my opinion with the Chiesi deal and continuing with the downgrading of xB3's promotion, then I became very suspicious.

My posts following the June 29, 2020 Chiesi deal prompted Rathjen to call me on July 10, 2020. I know now that she thought she was telling me to quit posting on Stockhouse. I think that she was worried about cancelling my contract so her words to me were, precisely, "Maybe you should take a break from Stockhouse for a while." And I took a break of several weeks. I enjoyed the break.

If I was CEO, I wouldn't want me posting, either. I can't support management behaviour like Rathjen's. I was very concerned that because the Chiesi deal was so bad that Rathjen was deliberately trying to downgrade the apparent value of xB3, setting up future deals that would hurt shareholders. That came true with the Midatech "merger".

About my contract, there were contractual terms that she could have applied. She could not stop me from posting but she could stop paying me. To this date she has not cancelled my contract. In fact, after the July 10, 2020 call, she made two further payments to me. She ignored my subsequent invoices and I finally cancelled my contract with Bioasis on December 17, 2021.

So, unclepieman, you have no idea what you're talking about. You missed what Rathjen's actions over the last three years actually meant. I didn't miss it and I told everybody about it in as clear a way as I could without further damaging shareholder interests.

I was expressing my concerns three years ago, and longer, and that is why she was trying to shut me down three years ago.

I believe it likely that I am right about both xB3 and Rathjen - xB3 good, Rathjen not so much.
