Walked?
'Walked' is an interesting word to choose. I'm sure you have no idea what you are talking about. Walked would mean that they were in negotions with NFG to buy the property but after they did their due diligence they changed their minds. That's walked! It never happened. You either fabricated it for your own nefarious reasons or it's a bad choice of words.
