RE:RE:Slowly climbingHope, please DM me on how to block, I didn't realize that was possible. Really. Please.
Gagnon's senseless, meaningless rambling along with the presentation slides going all over the place like an F1 car with the gas pedal stuck to the floor.
Ronnie, I have said before and will say it again, is a politician more than an operations guy. That is not meant to be a slight, that is just how it is at big pharma.
Stepping back, look at the board's composition. NOT ONE board member has a numbers background, is an analytical. Gagnon is ABUSING THEIR TRUST in him and there is no one on the governance side who can see that last year's 'growth' was a revenue-mirage driven primarily by FOREX and a price increase. FYI, when your COGS go down and you increase your prices, you pi$$ people (or in this case, the source of materially ALL of Ceapro's revenue) because that is nothing but greedy. Gagnon is nothing but a poor, transparent, tactical thinker and does not have a strategic cell in his body, his sole strategy is to keep this going as long a possible, as evidenced by the broken record over the last 12 years.
No sales & marketing spend so no ability to close the revenue-hole that is tearing into the income statement.
I'll call it out again: 18-36 months at best before revenue comes from somewhere other than Symrise.
You watch... numbers don't lie, people do.
