As would seem to be indicated and confirmed by lack of pumping, defending, official news, trading, interest (just you, me and the wind) hope...
Anything. 

If this does shut down do the lawyers and plaintiffs win?
The company is worthless (less than worthless), can they go after the gravy train riders (and pumpers) personally?

Hate to see them be able to walk away from this mess unscathed.
