I'll continue to nibble if prices drop more. My problem is, at current prices I am actually increasing my average basis, so I don't want to go too crazy. That being said, when you're able to acquire in the vicinity of what Sprott paid to acquire his position, that is good company.
Yes, the RE market is in trouble as are banks. We'll have a great reset soon. Will it be the CBDC or will we go the route of gold backed digital/crypto? I believe we will go the route of the latter which will make picking up DSV under a dollar look extremely smart!!
