the ringer dinger was last week when i rec a proxy to vote for Lion Iron..  LI has an office in the state farm bldg @ Yet~!  couple of investors - one guy in N carolina and a couple others..  --> i did not save the roxy-foxy-proxy vote..  i did posT IT HERE..

what is funny --  they ae appointing a new BOD of directors and issuing 20% of the float to the directors..  no prospectus  either ote nay or yea!  i voted yea..  i don't remember what the stock numericals were..  5 new members..  a coupl oldies that go bak to lion iron ore..  bak in 2009 - about 350 shares of NCI went missing..  the disclosures rules on the TSX had not changed - soo parties who got a dance were not divulted ad insider etc...

LIore is a vanco compny & is owned by Paylas Vlad..  i checked it a couple years bak when i saw the SEDAR and the 350 swipe...
