Primary Symbol: V.GSP

Gensource Potash Corporation is a Canada-based fertilizer development company. The Company is focused on developing resource opportunities with a specific focus on potash development. The Company operates under a business plan that has two key components: vertical integration with the market to ensure that all production capacity built is directed, and pre-sold, to a specific market, eliminating market-side risk; and technical innovation, which allows for a modular and economic potash production facility, which demonstrates environmental leadership within the industry, producing no salt tailings, therefore eliminating decommissioning. Its projects include Tugaske Project, Vanguard Area and Lazlo Area. The Vanguard Area is 100% owned in central Saskatchewan, located 170 kilometers (km) South of Saskatoon, 150 km North-West of Regina on a provincial highway system. Who is leading the pack?

Who is leading the pack? With at least 3 Saskatchewan horizontal mining potash juniors all in the same space currently searching for start-up capital, who is the front runner based on their project, anticipated cavern methodology, share structure, potash experience, offtake agreements, first nations commitments, OPEX / CAPEX assumptions, etc?

Should be interesting to see who pulls the trigger first and and what cost.

A minimum 51/ 49 percent arrangement would not surprise me in favor equity provider, as they are taking on the largest risk, and an initial proof of concept agreement is likely a given since it appears both Western and PADCOM are very slow to announce confirmation of economic viability of their very similiar process to the 3 hopefuls below.

Stay tuned!
