RE:Delta 8, lets face facts

RE:Delta 8, lets face factsThat can be discussed years from now because US Congress/Senate take years to get anything done. The tobacco industry is a prime example. Thousands of people murdered each year by tobacco and Congress/Senate has dragged their feet since 1960's.

Lawmakers are looking for regulation because there are too many idiots out there who think they can make Delta products but in reality they could care less about proper testing and other safety protocols.

I'm 100% for regulation because it takes the riff raff out of the market. Jayvees does not fear regulation they would welcome it.

This space has only begun to grow, by 2024/2025 we will see Delta products made from yeast.
