Actually the Chapter 11V proceedure is not complete yet. This only pertains to the subsidiary TAAT International LLC, not "TAAT" as yyou use for reference. You may want to define your posts in the future as there is the parent company TAAT Global Alternatives Inc and there is the subsisubsidiary TAAT International LLC. To just use "TAAT" is very misleading and disingenuous.

Again, you don't know their money situation today. We do know Jayvees is up and running and 125 ReFuel c-stores are being flully stocked with Jayvees products, including a beautiful custom planogram display. That would not be considered "little monies to fund ops".

I get that you love to bash everything TAAT related, that's why you post but if you're going to bash 24/7 may I suggest you stop trying to embellish the actual facts with your biased opinions.
